Junction Massage Therapy has a clear cancelation policy to ensure all clients receive the best massage experience. When you book an appointment for therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, or sport massage with a therapist, you are reserving that therapist's time specifically for your treatment. To accommodate all of my clientele effectively, I require a 24-hour notice for cancelation or rescheduling. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, it is inadequate for me to offer your appointment time to others seeking the best massage options. Should you fail to contact us to cancel or reschedule within the stipulated 24-hour period, a cancelation fee will be applied, amounting to 100% of the booked treatment price. Please note that all cancelation fees are subject to HST.
