Junction Massage Therapy has a cancelation policy. When you book an appointment with a therapist you are booking that therapist's time. In order to accommodate all of my clientele I need a 24 hours notice of cancelation or rescheduling. Less than that is inadequate time for me to to offer your appointment time to others. If you do not call to cancel or reschedule before the 24 hour period, a cancelation fee will be charged. Cancelation fee is 50% of the booked treatment price. All cancelation fees are subject to HST.
